Motivation to implement RPA solution:
They sought to accelerate operations in the HR, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain sectors while lowering costs and errors as part of their corporate philosophy of doing more with less.
In the automation phase, we have:
- developed a methodology for automating existing systems, conducted tests of solutions
- measured the parameters of the solution according to the specific needs of the customer
- implemented improvements
- launched production of the robot
Results:
The organization used RPA to automate laborious operations and eliminate mistakes so that their staff could concentrate on strategic and analytical tasks. In their Shared Services Center, bots were used to handle operations throughout the organization in various functional areas, including IT, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain. The business has added numerous new positions to its RPA Center of Excellence by implementing RPA. This centre is a collaboration between their BPM department and IT. It guarantees that bot activities run effectively, efficiently, and consistently throughout the company. Automation allows them to focus more resources on internal strategy and customer service while lowering errors and saving money.
